Shipping / Returns

Returns:


Our return policy lasts 30 days with no guarantee of replacement. If, 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please send your item to: Logyard Brewing Attn: Shipping 20 Wetmore Ave., Kane, PA 16735. Please include a copy of your packing slip with the item. If you don't have your packing slip, please include your name and a way to contact you if we have questions. If you would like, we are happy to send you a return shipping label, so you don't have to incur any shipping costs. If you would like a return shipping label sent to you, please let us know at: BeerMe@LogyardBrewing.com.  Just send us your mailing address, email address where we can send the label to be printed, and order number if possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any product improperly sold by other parties.


Refunds:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:


There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at BeerMe@LogyardBrewing.com to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to us: Logyard Brewing Attn: Shipping 20 Wetmore Ave., Kane, PA 16735. Please include a copy of your packing slip and indicate on it what you'd like in return (including size, color, and any other variables) and the best way to contact you if we have questions. As soon as we receive it, we will send your new item right out, and will either credit your original form of payment, if the item costs less, or contact you to arrange payment for the difference if it is higher value.

 

Misc.:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If, you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
