Prognosticator Pils is a Pilsner style beer fermented with European yeast. The yeast is able to ferment at warmer temperatures, up to 95 degrees, while retaining a clean fermentation profile. A clean finish is necessary for a Pilsner style beer.

 

German Pilsner Malt provides light notes of fresh Baked Bread and Honey. This is exclusively dosed with a number of different Noble Hop varieties. These impart Earthy, Spicy and Floral notes. This is an easy drinking and refreshing beer coming in at 4.8% ABV.
