To complement the upcoming cold and snowy weather, Logyard is releasing Plaid & Flannel 2X Milk Stout. This beer is all about the Malt, consisting of 2 Row, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley and Midnight Wheat. These Malts combine to elicit notes of Chocolate, Coffee and Brown Sugar.

 

We then add lactose during the boil to boost the body and sweetness of the beer. Lightly hopped with Simcoe to balance the beer out and add light notes of Pine and Berries.

 

Pairs great with Oysters, Beef Stew, and Vanilla Ice Cream.
