Macho Man Timber Salvage is an American IPA that straddles the line between West Coast Style IPA and Hazy IPA. 2-Row, Vienna, and Wheat comprise the base Malt and add notes of Hay and Bread while laying a smooth backbone for the Hops.

 

We hop Macho Man in the kettle with Talus and Citra hops for a Big Blast of Tropical and Citrus notes with a hint of Floral aromas.

 

We then Double Dry Hop with Citra and Idaho 7 to bring a Big Blast of Pineapple, Peach, and more Citrus.

Pairs well with Barbeque Pizza, Tikka Masala, and Carrot Cake.
