BOURBON BARREL-AGED STOUT
Shadow Walker is a Boubon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout. This is a Big and Chewy Barrel-aged Imperial Stout. The base beer is a delicious and Chocolate Milk Stout which went for a nice hibernation for 12 months in Willet Rye Barrels. The Chocolate and Coffee notes of the base beer come through and mingle beautifully with Oak, Vanilla, Toffee and Cinnamon from the Barrels.
Chewy and warming, perfect for a night in front of the fire.

ORIGIN STORY
This beer is dark and dangerous based on its dark color and 11% ABV. When we started talking to our head brewer, Sean, about what we wanted to name this beer he started kicking around scary, dangerous things in the woods. There's not much scarier or creepier than some ghoulish figure roaming the woods at night. That, my friends, is the shadow walker.
