Most folks in Pennsylvania or that spend any time in PA say that there are only a few "real" cities and the rest is Pennsyltucky because we're all backwoods hillbillies.  It basically describes 98% of the state from a land standpoint.  By that reasoning, we are definitely part of Pennsyltucky.  It's funny because a lot of those same people are afraid of places in Pennsyltucky because it's great fodder for scary people and scary places (think Wrong Turn, Cabin Fever, etc).  This watermelon shandy is fantastic no matter where you're from or where you live.  Embrace a little Pennsytucky in your life!
