WOODFELLAS
HAZY IPA
Woodfellas is a juicy New England-Style IPA. A simple grist bill of 2-Row and White Wheat lay a Smooth, Silky base for the Fruity Hops. After the boil we add equal amounts of Citra and Mosaic Hops to accentuate notes of Berries and Citrus.
Double Dry Hopped with El Dorado and Ekuanot to layer up the Berry and Citrus. These also add their own elements of Peaches, Bubblegum, and Watermelon.
Pairs well with Sriracha Wings, Pork Belly Tacos, and Creme Brûlée.
