Belly Pan Deep is an American Pale Ale with a slight modern twist. A simple grist bill of 2 Row and Crystal 60 brings notes of Toast and Caramel. We hop Belly Pan Deep in the kettle with classic American hops, Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook. These hops provide notes of Pine, Grapefruit and Resin. We add a touch of Citra to bring a modern flavor profile of Juicy Citrus Fruits.

 

Lightly Dry-hopped with Centennial and Citra to amplify the Citrus and Pine notes. Finishes Crisp, Dry and Hoppy.

 

Pairs well with Grilled Cheese, Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Carrot Cake.
