Back this year and with a new twist we have Little Notch New England Style IPA. This year we fermented Little Notch with a European Yeast Strain that brings even more of the Tropical and Fruity notes to the party. Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic bring big notes of Pineapple, Berries and Candied Fruits. To add some more complexity to Little Notch, we added Talus to the Dry-hop to enhance the Fruity notes but also bring Floral and Piney notes to the beer.

 

Pairs well with Sharp Cheeses, Grilled Chicken and Fruit Tart.
