Wood Knot Comply is our latest Hazy IPA release coming in at 6% ABV. We start with a blend of 2 Row and Pilsner Malt and then compliment that with Spelt and Flaked Oats to create a smooth body with just the right Haze. Chinook and Talus are added to the Whirlpool and bring out Orange and Floral notes.

 

Dry-hopped twice with Citra and Idaho 7 for more Citrus as well as Apricot and Papaya.

 

Pairs well with Charcuterie, Chicken Vindaloo and Vanilla Ice Cream.
