Stumpty Dumpty is our latest American Pale Ale release showcasing new school hops. We start with 2 Row, Red Wheat, and add a touch of Flaked Oats for a silky smooth finish. Hopped heavily in the kettle with Idaho 7 for Tropical and Citrus flavors and aromas.

 

Then we Double Dry Hop this with Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin to amplify the Tropical and Citrus notes. These also round out the Hop profile with light aromas of White Wine and Gooseberry.

Pairs well with Pepperoni Pizza, Grilled Wings, and Creme Brûlée.
