Getting ahead of the impending snow and cold weather, Logyard's latest release is Shiver Me Timbers Winter Ale. A base of Canadian 2-Row is accented by Vienna and Chocolate Malts to bring out flavors of Chocolate, Light Coffee and Toast.

 

Minimal Hopping in the kettle with Mosaic to balance the beer and add some Light Berry notes. Towards the end of fermentation the beer is Spiced with Cinnamon, Allspice and Ginger. Expect warming Spicy notes to help you forget about what the weather is like outside. 

 

Pairs well with Roasted Turkey, Cranberry Stuffing and Pumpkin Pie.
