Sapling Series #8 is a clean, pleasantly Tart Flavor with intense Aromas of Wild Fresh Fruit from a lactic fermentation and loads of Fresh Strawberries.

The Grain bill is American Malts, Wheat, and some European Malts. These balance this Berry Tart Ale.   It's lightly Hopped with New Zealand: Wai'tai and Nelson Sauvin. Dosed w/ hundreds of pounds of Fresh Strawberries!
