Closing out the year we have Re-Gen American IPA. A simple and cleanMalt bill allows the Citra and Ekuanot Hops added during the boil to shine and bring just the right amount of bitterness to balance the beer. While adding bitterness, we also get big aromas of Papaya, Melons and Stone Fruit.

 

Double Dry-hopped with Centennial and Mosaic to smack you in the face with Citrus, Berries, and more Stone Fruits.

 

Pairs well with Fish Tacos, Aged Cheeses and Candied Fruits.
