Padiddle Brown Ale is an easy drinking beer perfect for the upcoming cold weather. Focusing more on malt character, we start with a foundation of Canadian 2-Row.

 

To add flavors of Coffee, Chocolate and Toffee, we use Victory Malt and touches of Midnight Wheat and UK Pale Chocolate.

 

Lightly Hopped with Cascade to balance the beer and add just a touch of Citrusy notes.

Pairs well with Smoked Sausage, Cashew Chicken and Pecan Pie.
