Carving out a little bit of a different path from our usual beer styles, Kane-is Lupus is a Belgian-style Wit Bier. Pilsner Malt provides light Cracker-like notes. This along with Malted and Unmalted Wheat to provide Haze and Body. We then add a touch of hops to balance the beer out. The Whirlpool has both Coriander and Orange Peel additions.

 

Fermented with a Belgian-style Ale Yeast to bring out the classic Notes of a Wit Bier that include Citrus, Coriander and Honey.

 

Pairs well with oysters and clams, smoked salmon and lobster rolls.
