Our last New England Style 2X IPA release of the year is jam packed with Juicy, Fruity Hops. We start with 2-Row, 2 different varieties of Wheat and Chit Malt. These Malts combine for a nice clean Malt backbone and with just enough body.

 

At the end of the brew, we drop the Whirlpool temperature and use a combination of Chinook and Centennial to bring out Juicy notes of Grapefruit and Tangerines. Double Dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado for a ton more Citrus, Berries and Stone Fruit.

 

Pairs well with Spicy Indian Food, Veggie Pizza, and Grilled Meats.
