AMERICAN IPA
This American IPA is golden and clean with pine and citrus aromas/ flavors. At 70 IBU it’s perfect for any hop head. The grain bill is straight-forward - Pale base malts that let the hops shine. Gentlemen’s Agreement is intensely hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook. Expect a clean balance of hops.

ORIGIN STORY
In the 1960s the brothers from Novosel Lumber asked a bank for a $1M loan to buy timber they would then broker and sell overseas. Not knowing much about log brokering, black cherry lumber values, or scaling logs the Novosel brothers invited bankers, accountants, and their attorneys to go to the woods to show and teach them. Based on that meeting they gave them the loan under a "gentlemen's agreement" because they had enough faith in them to take that chance. It was a million dollar handshake and a whole lot of trust. We're fortunate someone was there to take a picture of that meeting.
