WEST COAST STYLE INDIA PALE ALE
Lip Ripper West Coast-Style IPA is a light bodied IPA with a solid bitterness and some classic hop notes. An easy going grist bill of 2-Row and White Wheat leave a blank canvas for the hops to shine.
Heavily Hopped in the wort kettle with Simcoe, Amarillo, and El Dorado for notes of Pine, Resin and Tropical Fruits.
At the end of fermentation, we hit the beer with a heavy Dry Hopping of Cascade and Mosaic for more Pine and Dank Resin and notes of Berries.

Pairs well with Pepperoni Pizza, Spicy Wings, and Carrot Cake.

Ripping lips…rip some lips…drown some worms: these are all expressions for how super cool, funny people say they want to go fishing. We appreciate them letting us borrow their vibe to name this beer.
