Pennsyltucky Nectar starts out as a light blonde ale composed of 2 Row and Wheat with a small addition of hops to balance the Malt.

When fermentation is complete, we add house-made Lemonade and Natural Watermelon. The result is a smooth drinking and refreshing Watermelon Shandy, perfect for the warm weather that lies ahead!

The world's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, is known as the Prognosticator of Prognosticators. With Punxsy being only an hour away, we have considered him our pal for a long time. It didn't hurt that one of the best movies ever is based around his annual holiday! He can give a predication on the weather, but we can give a prediction on this beer....it's awesome. There's a reason this has been the official beer of Groundhog Day! We like to keep it around for a little more than just Feb 2 though!
