ANF’ing Perfect is a New England style Double IPA with a large portion of the grist consisting of Malted Oats and Wheat that lend a full-bodied, smooth mouthfeel. We cool the whirlpool temperature down before adding Simcoe and Chinook hops which contribute a Piney and Citrusy note without the bitterness.

Dry hopped at two different points during fermentation with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe provides big aromas of Berries, Candied Fruit and Citrus.
