Our Forest Star is a Hazy / Juicy 2X NEIPA that's brewed with loads of  Oats - Malted and Flaked to create a lasting haze. The aromas are Tropical Fruit and Pineapple. This 2X NEIPA has a soft mouthfeel with a slight bitterness that isn't over-powering.

 

The hops that we Whirlpool and Double Dry-hop with are Sabro, Huell Melon, and Ekuanot. These lead to a pleasant Tropical Fruit forward flavor with a subtle coconut finish.
