I Remember My First Beer is a Pilsner style beer fermented with European yeast. The yeast is able to ferment at warmer temperatures, up to 95 degrees, while retaining a clean fermentation profile. A clean finish is necessary for a Pilsner style beer.

 

German Pilsner Malt provides light notes of fresh Baked Bread and Honey. Aggressive Hopping with Noble Hop varieties impart Earthy, Spicy and Floral notes. This is an easy drinking and refreshing beer coming in at 4.8% ABV.
