Shark of the Woods is our latest 2X New England Style IPA. This pours a Hazy Orange with a Fluffy Head. We utilize 2 Row, Maris Otter, Red and Flaked Wheats to give a nice full body.

 

A massive dose of Chinook and Zamba hops in the Whirlpool bring out Pine and Mango. Big Notes of Berries and Tangerines jump out from the 1st Dry hop of Mosaic and Idaho 7. From the 2nd Dry hop we use experimental HBC 630 and get even more Berry Aromas along with Creamy Peach and Banana Notes.  

 

Pairs well with Coconut Shrimp, Gyros and Fruit Salad.
